MEET MICHELLE

Little cow began as a daughter making ice cream for her mother, wanting to give her a more flavorful tasting pint. Michelle started experimenting daily trying any type of technique and recipe she could find. She was striving for perfection in all that encompasses the perfect bowl of ice cream - taste, texture, flavor combinations, mix-ins, density, composition.

Little cow is about small batches of unique/sometimes unconventional flavors and of course classics with a twist. Using Upstate New York dairy, local eggs and produce whenever available is important to the final product of our pints. Every aspect of our pints are made from scratch - from the cookies and pralines to the fudge, caramel and fruit curds.

Along with ice cream, little cow offers cakes, cookies, bars, and more. Check out the “cakes & bakes” tab for all the details.

When Michelle isn't creating, packaging, and dreaming of crazy ice cream flavors, she's working on restoring her 1870s brick home with her father. After living in New York City as a fashion editor for a major woman's magazine, she found herself wanting something more, something of her own. Thus came little cow and a home to call her own.
